Data Deletion Instructions

LeadBajaar provides a seamless, automated way for users to exercise their Right to Be Forgotten and wipe Meta-sourced data from our systems.

How to Initiate a Deletion Request

ADirect Self-Service

  1. Log in to your LeadBajaar Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Meta Suite settings.
  3. Scroll to the Data Privacy section.
  4. Click Request Data Deletion.
  5. Receive your confirmation code.

BVia Facebook Settings

  1. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings on FB.
  2. Select Apps and Websites.
  3. Find LeadBajaar and click Remove.
  4. In Removed apps, click Send Request.
  5. Meta triggers deletion callback to our servers.

What Happens After the Request?

  • Immediate Action: All API access tokens are revoked, and the integration is moved to a DELETION PENDING status.
  • Data Cleanup: All leads, forms, and ad metadata associated with your Meta User ID are flagged for permanent removal.
  • Manual Verification: LeadBajaar administrators verify each request through our Compliance Dashboard to ensure high data integrity.
  • Purge Timeframe: All records are permanently erased from our primary database and production systems within 30 days of the registry date.

How to Check the Status of Deletion

You do not need to wait for an email. You can check your deletion status in real-time by clicking the Check Deletion Status button in your LeadBajaar dashboard or by visiting our Compliance Tracker and providing your Confirmation Code.
