Getting started with LeadBajaar

This guide walks you through setting up your LeadBajaar account and connecting your first Meta Lead Ads campaign. The entire process takes under 10 minutes.

Step 1: Create your account

  1. Visit leadbajaar.com/signup and enter your name, email, and company details
  2. Verify your email address by clicking the link we send you
  3. Complete your company profile

Step 2: Connect your Facebook Page

  1. From your dashboard, click Connect Meta Account
  2. You'll be redirected to Facebook - log in and authorize LeadBajaar
  3. Select the Facebook Pages you want to sync leads from
  4. Click Confirm - your pages are now connected

Step 3: Select your lead forms

  1. Go to Integrations > Meta Lead Ads
  2. Your active lead forms will appear automatically
  3. Toggle on the forms you want to sync
  4. New leads will start appearing in your dashboard in real-time

You can also import historical leads from the past 90 days by clicking Import Past Leads on the integration settings page.

Connecting your Facebook account

LeadBajaar uses Meta's official OAuth 2.0 flow to connect to your Facebook account. We never ask for or store your Facebook password.

Required permissions

  • leads_retrieval - to read lead submissions from your forms
  • pages_read_engagement - to list your Facebook Pages and their forms
  • pages_manage_metadata - to subscribe to real-time lead webhooks

Connecting multiple Pages

You can connect multiple Facebook Pages from the same or different Meta Business accounts. Growth plan supports up to 5 Pages; Agency plan supports unlimited Pages. Navigate to Integrations > Meta Lead Ads > Add Page to add more.

Managing your leads

Every lead from Meta flows into your CRM pipeline. Here's how to work with them effectively.

Pipeline stages

Your pipeline has default stages: New, Contacted, Negotiation, and Closed Won / Lost. You can customize stages from Settings > Pipeline.

Assigning leads

Click any lead card and use the Assign to dropdown to assign it to a team member. They will receive a notification. Leads can also be auto-assigned using round-robin rules.

Adding notes

Open a lead and click Add Note to log call outcomes, meeting notes, or next steps. Notes are visible to all team members with access to that lead.

Troubleshooting: Leads not syncing

If new leads from Meta are not appearing in your dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Integrations > Meta Lead Ads and check the connection status. If it shows "Disconnected", click Reconnect.
  2. Verify that the lead form is toggled ON in your form list
  3. Confirm that your Facebook Page is still connected to the Meta Business account
  4. Check that the LeadBajaar app still has the required permissions in your Facebook App Settings
  5. Try manually triggering a test lead from your Meta Ads account to verify the connection
