Why we connect to Facebook

Before LeadBajaar, sales teams had to manually download lead data from Meta Ads Manager every day. LeadBajaar uses the Meta Lead Ads API to automate this completely.

Meta Integration Permissions & Usage

To provide our core services, LeadBajaar requests the following permissions from the Meta Platform. Each permission is mapped to a specific feature in our dashboard:

Leads & Page Management

  • leads_retrieval: used to pull submitted lead data from Meta Lead Forms directly into the LeadBajaar CRM.
  • pages_show_list & pages_read_engagement: used to display a list of Facebook Pages you manage so you can select which ones to sync.
  • pages_manage_metadata: used to subscribe our system to "Lead Gen" webhooks, ensuring you receive leads in real-time.

Advertising & Analytics

  • ads_management: used to create campaigns, ad sets, and ads directly from the LeadBajaar "Ad Manager" tab.
  • ads_read: used to fetch performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks) to calculate your ROI in the dashboard.
  • business_management: used to link your Meta Business Manager assets to your LeadBajaar account for organized syncing.

Basic Authentication

  • public_profile & email: used to identify your account and send important notification alerts regarding your lead status.
